HEC Need-Based Scholarship 2026

The Higher Education Commission (HEC) offers Need-Based Scholarships to talented and financially deserving students enrolled in 4–5 year undergraduate programs at participating public-sector universities and degree-awarding institutions in Pakistan.

Scholarship Benefits:
Monthly stipend of Rs. 6,000 along with financial assistance towards university fees.

Important: Students admitted on self-finance are not eligible. Applications must be submitted through the Financial Aid Office of the respective university. HEC does not directly accept applications from students.
