All schools have been directed to complete their students\u2019 registration within the prescribed period.In a circular issued by the Punjab Education Curriculum, Training and Assessment Authority (PECTAA), school heads were instructed to submit complete and accurate student information, including date of birth, father\u2019s name, and selected subjects.The authorities warned that responsibility for any incorrect or incomplete data would rest with the respective school administration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The circular said detailed instructions have already been sent to all school heads to ensure that the registration process is carried out in a transparent and organized manner.Officials emphasized that accurate data is essential for maintaining transparency in the examination process and said negligence in this regard will not be tolerated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to official figures, nearly 1 million students appeared in the eighth-grade board examination in 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
